Made with the same beans from Obolo’s award winning Peru bar, this chocolate adds a touch of salt from the Chilean village of Cahuil.

Among the characteristics of Cahuil seal is the slightly yellowish colour and its great capacity to dissolve easily in various foods. It helps enhance the natural honey and vanilla notes inherent in the Obolo Cahuil Sal del Mar 70% chocolate without altering it’s smooth, silky texture.
