- Size: 50 g / Makes 15 to 20 servings
- Hot brew: 1.5 tsp in 1 cup of water at 95°C (203°F), 3-5 min.
- Cold brew: 2.5 tsp in 1 cup of cold water, 2 hours or more. For a pitcher, use 3 tbsp per liter.
